Lofts are available for weekly or monthly rentals.
The lofts are one huge post and beam room with 12 feet ceilings, that are 500-600 square feet with a European kitchen and large closets.
There is a queen bed and a couch that folds out into a queen sized bed, also.
There is a large double closet and bath.
All of the floors are birdseye maple.
The parking deck locks at night and does have security and a security guard.

All lofts are fully furnished, all utilities, phone, WiFi and cable paid.
There are also free laundry facilities on each floor.
These lofts are monthly for $1095.
We require a $500 deposit.
There is a $50 parking fee for the secured parking deck, if you have an auto.
We do not allow pets.

We also have new lofts on the bottom floor for $1,200 a month unfurnished with a year lease. No utilities included, but they have washer and dryers in them and free Wi Fi.
